At Sincero Technologies, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our return and refund policy.
1. Returns Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 to 10 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including Products that are used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page, custom or personalized orders, Digital products such as software or downloadable content.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at sincerotechnologies@gmail.com,. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return. After approval, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to an error on our side.

3. Refunds
(a)Refunds Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 days.

(b)Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, such as products that have obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.
4. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the stated processing time, check your bank account again. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sincerotechnologies@gmail.com.

5. Exchanges : We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us sincerotechnologies@gmail.com
for instructions on how to proceed.

5. Shipping for Returns: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs (if any) will be deducted from your refund, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return and replacement or refund as applicable, with no additional cost to you.
